I’ve been a little quiet recently

Recently I’ve been quiet online. I’m not posting daily on Instagram. I rarely, if ever, Tweet and my Facebook page is really quiet… On my side.
I’ve kinda kept writing but not publishing much ๐Ÿ˜” but I plan to post more.

I still have to write the planned articles for the section of the website called ‘The Ugly Truth’ but that will probably be AFTER Ramadan.
Ramadan starts this weekend so I’ve been volunteering with The Date Project as always…

Plus I’ve been trying to get my life in order. I’m doing courses alongside my MA. Both to better my career prospects but also to educate myself on my religion.

I also did a 5 day course, well it was held over 5 days on the power of dua (prayer) ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ ๐Ÿคฒ๐Ÿฝ and it was crazy how profound of an effect it had on me. Like I actually started viewing things in a different light.

Today, I have another online class with uni and because I’m submitting two forms of creativity… Almost like a cross between a Graphic Novel and Illustrated book… I need to know how many words I need to do. As I plan to submit 20 drawings. My tutor Clari knows I can’t draw… actually she thinks I can but I think I’m terrible. So to make it easy I’m using icons rather than full blown drawings. So far I have two out of twenty ๐Ÿ˜ซ ๐Ÿ˜ฌ and the piece is due on Friday! But, I have faith I’ll complete them as they’re quite simple.

I was also advised to submit my piece as a PDF instead of a word document due to the images getting messy on word.

I’ve decided that next month I need to invest in Atticus. Its a software for writers that will help me to format my writing โœ๏ธ without paying someone else to do it… maybe I’ll go back to self publishing at that point.

Also when is the UK getting Kindle Vella? Does anyone know? I’m so ready to start dropping chapters of my crime novel. I even have an idea for a perfect front cover. I need this question answered please.

Well this post is longer than expected ๐Ÿ˜ณ Catch you next time.
