This semester I’ve felt really removed from university and it makes me sad.
I’m still writing, doing homework ect but I’ve missed so many classes that it almost feels like I’m distance learning.
I know this has happened due to my surgery but damn I miss uni.
There’s only a few weeks left before the end of term and then I break up for the summer.
Last semester we had a variety of guest lecturers too and I realised yesterday that we haven’t had any this semester. Or perhaps we have? And I’ve missed them.
I’ve also noticed my writers group is much less active this time around… what’s going on? It’s making me a little frustrated 😤.
I actually can’t wait till next semester. I’m hoping it goes as well as semester 1.
I did manage to get an extension on my coursework recently which is good. It’s now due in a week.
My other coursework, I haven’t applied for an extension yet and I’m hoping that I won’t need too because I wrote 3000 words of it before my surgery.
We’ll see how the rest goes
